Technologies

Cortex System: A vibration dampening system that actively links the handle and frame of the racquet, providing 25% more contact between the ball and strings, while filtering and dampening harmful vibrations that interfere with racquet feel. Low vibration frequencies are preserved, so feedback is not reduced.

Aero Modular:  A frame with varying profiles at three strategic points - the throat, the shaft, and the head of the racquet - improves aerodynamics, giving you a faster swing an increased ball control.

Woofer: Provides 25% more contact time between the ball and strings. Eliminates string lock-up and increases sweet spot size - improving forgiveness during off-center shots and absorbing shock. Delivers extra power and more control, with a comfortable feel.

2 weeks after switching to this racquet my son had to go to sports medicine for shoulder and elbow pain. He plays 8 hours a week and is a very competative 12 year old in USTA. We are unsure if the racquet is fully to blame, but are very suspicious that it is definitely partly to blame. Its light weight and stiff frame, cause much more of the vibration and shock to travel to his arm, rather than be absorbed by the racquet. Be careful when considering this racquet for a junior player.

Ive been using the Aeropro Roland Garros racquet for

Ive been using the Aeropro Roland Garros racquet for 2-3 years. I have found that with time'/'age, the racquet seems to get heavier as I move into the last set. My backhand seems to suffer most as it gets more difficult to bring the racquet around faster during the swing. The Lite version for me seems to have solved this problem. There is no loss in power that I can tell, and in fact, I seem to be able to generate more racquet head speed.... especially during my serve. For me, this version of the Aeropro is much better. Bear in mind that these are powerful racquets that function best if you generate lots of head speed with a fast swing. I am 100 satisfied with this raquet and plan on getting a 2nd one soon.
